Gottatries

I want to make this for dinner but I can't get it to print.  I guess I'll have to move my laptop to the kitchen counter!  I'll add chicken to make it complete - I happen to have some already shredded from dinner last night. [update:  I made this with chicken instead of the bacon.  I only had elbow macaroni but that worked out fine.  It was good - I liked the mustard flavor for a change.]

Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Potatoes:
I may get brave and try these in the toaster oven...

Pumpkin cornbread.  I still have a bit of nixtmalized organic cornmeal to use for this:

Coconut Oatmeal Chewies.  I'll cut out the white sugar and just use the 3/4 C rapadura, I think.  Looks good.

Lentil, Leek, Kale soup:

Here is an easy snack: spread a tortilla with peanut butter and use to wrap up a banana.

Spaghetti squash medley.  Mmm, mmm, mmm.  I already have some sketty squash ready in the freezer:

Sweet potato and pineapple casserole.  Whole pineapples are on sale this week for $1.00.  Not organic is okay, but Dole is genetically modified, Hawaiian Crown is Not GMO.  I'll have to see what kind it is.  I'll have to think of something for the topping (or skip the topping).

Crunchy Sardine Cakes.  I, um, don't like sardines but I'm willing to try these.  There were these teeny tiny whole, dried, fish that are served on fried yucca that I used to always scrape off when I was a kid/teenager.  Then there were the floating fish heads that I gingerly slid out of the way when serving myself fish soup as a kid/teenager.  Oh, the lost opportunities for nutrition!  Whole sardines?  Sure, I'll give it a go:

Strawberry-Banana "Ice Cream."  We made mango sorbet recently and really liked it.  This looks really good:
