Youngest dd and I made Laura's wonderfully easy truffle recipe at heavenlyhomemaker.com. The idea was to make them ahead for our All Saints celebration ("St. Lucy's Truffles"). However... I'd better get them in the freezer fast because my magnesium deficiency is making me eat too, too many! I thought my days of chocolate cravings were over :).
